Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be produced + regular shipping times to you, depending on your location. Packed securely into sturdy packaging box for Australia wide shipping.

Product Shipping

All prints are packaged in durable mailing tubes and shipped via Australia Post.
Premium framed prints are packaged into double walled packaging and are sent via specialized Art Couriers.

Prints only:
Regular Parcel Post - $10
Express Parcel Post - $15

Framed Prints:
Art Courier - $120.00

Free Local Pickup

Prints and framed prints are available for local Gold Coast area pickup. Once your order has been completed and ready for pickup, a text/email will be sent out to organize time, date and location of pickup. For large sized frame orders I can personally deliver if between Brisbane and Coolangatta.

International

Prints only:
International Standard - $35
International Express - $55

Returns & Exchanges

Michael Savins Photography will not accept returns and will not refund or exchange its products unless it is subject to all the following conditions:

    • The item has arrived damaged
    • Within 7 days of receiving the product
    • Item including packaging must not be used

If all 3 conditions are met please get in touch and quote your order number and date of purchase and we will provide further instructions. You will have to send the product back in its original packaging. Michael Savins Photos is not responsible for covering the return shipping.

Once product is returned, Michael Savins Photography will either refund the full paid amount excluding shipping fees or exchange the product with another product of your choice of equal value free of charge.
