Answer: All our prints are produced on premium archival-grade papers or canvas using genuine Canon Chroma Optimiser inks to ensure the highest quality and longevity. Our frames are handcrafted from environmentally sustainable Tasmanian Oak and feature 3mm float glass for optimal clarity and protection.
Answer: Please allow up to 10 days for custom framed prints to be produced and just 3 days for print-only orders, plus regular shipping times depending on your location. All prints are securely packed and shipped via Australia-wide art couriers.
Answer: Currently, we only ship framed landscape and wildlife prints within Australia. However, print-only orders can be shipped internationally. Please contact us for more details on international shipping options.
Answer: Yes, every print purchased comes with an individually numbered certificate of authenticity. Each certificate includes the print title, print size, location, date of capture, and is personally signed and dated by the artist.
